MODIFIEDS

Chassis must be JK Products #25117 Modified/F-1 Chassis.  Minimum chassis/gear clearance  of .063" at rear and maximum width of 3.25".  Minimum weight of complete car is 100 grams.  Stock front tires will be used WITHOUT MODIFICATION (.765 tall X .420 wide).  Fronts may rotate independently.  Rear tires must be JK plastic rim. 

Front Axle must be 3/32".  Rear axle can be 3/32" or 1/8".  No Ball Bearings.  Gears must be 64 pitch; 10-tooth pinion and 36-tooth spur only (Hawk-7 Motor), 11/37 w/ Falcon-7 Motor.  

All cars will use JK Products Falcon-7 or Hawk-7 Motor.

All cars will us JK Products #6236-B .010 Thick Modified body which must cover the entire chassis & guide flag.  Full 3-D painted interior attached firmly to rear deck and front cowl required.  A 1/2" tall rear spoiler may be used, but must not exceed the width of the body.  A 1/2" rear "valence" must remain when trimming the body.

 4" FCR TRUCK & 4.5" FCR STOCK CAR

We will closely follow the PARMA FCR "Rules & Specifications":

CLEARANCE:  All cars must have a minimum 1/16" clearance (.063") at all points  including crown gear at the start of all racing segments.

WIDTH:  3-1/4" Maximum width at any point on car.

GUIDE FLAG:  One guide flag per car (Parma #645).  Guide nut may be changed.  Any lead wire may be used and guide clips added.  May adjust front "ride height" with additional guide spacers.

REPLACEMENT PARTS:  Any small component or assemblies may be changed or replaced during racing except the body and chassis.

MOTOR:  PARMA #501 Sealed Deathstar.  No Modifications.

CHASSIS:  Parma #577 (4" Trucks) or Parma #578 (4.5" Stock Cars).  May solder or glue motor and "adjusta bushings" (PARMA stock replacemant #626 1/8" square adusta-bushings only).  Velcro must be used on chassis for mounting body.  May add lead weight and/or tape to chassis.  No other modifications, soldering, cutting or bracing.

GEARS:  (We vary slightly from the PARMA guidelines here).  Only PARMA 30-tooth (48 Pitch) crown gears may be used.  Any 9-tooth (48 Pitch) pinion may be used.  Optional gearing is 8-28.

AXLES & TIRES:  (We vary slightly from the PARMA guidelines here).  All cars must use PARMA FCR front (Parma #699-K or ProTrack #219-A) and rear (Parma #699-L, 696-B or ProTrack #328-A) tires.  Minimum rear tire diameter is 7/8" (.875").  Minimum Front tire diameter is 13/16" (.820).  1/8" front and rear axles only.  No independently rotating fronts.

BODY:  (We vary slightly from the PARMA guidelines here).   4" Trucks:  .010 Minimum thickness.  JK #71141 Chevy, #71151 Dodge, #71161 Ford, #7148 Toyota or similar Scale Appearing truck body.  4.5" Stock Car:  Any PARMA 4.5" Stock Car Body with a minimum thickness of .015".  BOTH:  Front and rear wheelwells must be cut out.  Full, 3-Dimensional painted interiors mounted so the chassis cannot be seen through the vehicles windows (all window must be left clear).

CONTROLLER:  "House" controllers will be used.

GTP

Chassis can be any currently produced stamped chassis available through normal Dealer/Distributor channels. Racer may use any lightweight steel or aluminum pieces produced for a chassis by its manufacturer. 

Front axle must be one piece and pass through both uprights and support both front wheels.  Front wheels must be two piece; a plastic or aluminum hub with a black rubber O-ring "tire", minimum diameter is 1/2".

Rear axle may be 1/8" or 3/32".  No Ball Bearings. Gears my be 48 or 64 pitch.  Rear of car and gear must clear by 1/16".

Motor "set-up" must be Parma 501/502 or SpeedFX "D"-can, Endbell and Magnets or JK Products Falcon-7 or Hawk-7 complete motor.  Armatures may be Parma or SpeedFX Super 16-D or ProSlot #700 or #700-B.  May use a ball bearing in CAN END of motor. 

Body must be GTP style, commercially produced and readily available through normal Dealer/Distributor channels.  No air control devices may be added.  Must include a driver figure.

MY SERIES GT-1

Guidelines are the same as MY SERIES GTP with the following exceptions:

Allowable chassis:  JK X-24, JK Cheetah 7 (.030 only), JK Cheetah 11 (.025 or .030), JK Cheetah 21 or JK Cheetah X-25.

Allowable bodies:  JK PRODUCTS #7178 (A or B) Porsche CLK, #7182 (A or B) Audi RSC, #7183 (A or B) Mercedes CLR, #7215 (A or B) Mazda Dyson.

All cars will be powered by a JK PRODUCTS HAWK-7, or Hawk-6 Motor.

All cars will use JK PRODUCTS Plastic Hub rear tires. 

GROUP "F"

Allowable chassis:  The whole idea of this class is to get back to some winged-car racing CHEAPLY.  With that in mind, you are encouraged to dig your old Group-12 car out of your race box, put in a JK Products Falcon-7 or Hawk-7 motor and go racing!  Let's limit the chassis to any chassis made for Group 12 racing.  Minimum weight:  63 grams.  No Ball Bearings.

Allowable bodies:  Any commercially produced, readily available "wing-car" body.

Motors:  All cars will be powered by a JK Products Falcon-7 or Hawk-7 motor.
